Nine Cities Blood Drive Challenge to Begin Next Month

KMIR

Desert Hot Springs, CA

Coachella Valley communities will compete next month in the Nine Cities Blood Drive Challenge to see which area can draw the most donations.

Indio, the current Nine Cities champion, will face off against the rest of the Coachella Valley in July in the event sponsored by local blood bank LifeStream.

All donors who participate in LifeStream’s nine scheduled events throughout the month will receive a free single-day admission ticket to Wet ‘n’ Wild Palm Springs, valid through Oct. 9.

Donors will also be automatically entered into a weekly drawing for a pair of Southern California CityPass tickets, which are valid for free admission to Legoland, SeaWorld, and three days of “park hopper” admissions to Disneyland/Disney California Adventure Park.
